About [John Pagliaro]…
John joined ClarionDoor in December 2020 as a Senior Sales Executive and works out of our Hartford office. In his role, John is responsible for presenting, promoting and selling ClarionDoor’s products and services to existing and prospective customers. We recently sat down with John for a little fun Q&A…
Before working at ClarionDoor, what was the most unusual job you ever had?
During college, I worked as a local union stagehand based out of Springfield, MA. We were responsible for setting up stagging platforms and sound equipment. It was interesting to see all the groupies and bands like Green Day, Nirvana, and Santana.
What is your favorite activity to do when not at work?
I love spending time traveling with my family, sightseeing and learning about different cultures. I also enjoy metal detecting, I know it’s a hobby most seniors enjoy but I find it extremely relaxing and it requires problem solving, patience and perseverance.
What was the first and last concert you went to?
First concert – I saw Skid Row back in 1989 when Sebastian Bach was arrested for assault after he tossed a bottle at a fan at the Springfield Civic Center.
Last concert – Ludacris, last October, 2021 at the ITC insurance concert.
What is your favorite quote?
“That which does not kill us makes us stronger.”
-Friedrich Nietzsche
What is your favorite vacation spot?
I love Newport, RI, it’s a beautiful coastal city worth a visit no matter what time of the year, local RI beaches are fantastic and they hold several year-round events like the music and seafood festival.
What do you like most about ClarionDoor?
The integrity of the people and room for growth and development. It’s a pleasure working for ClarionDoor and I truly appreciate working with talented people who are always willing to help.
