ClarionDoor Launches New Client Service Program

The success at any company is really measured by the success and satisfaction of their customers, and at ClarionDoor, customer success is extremely important. That is why we are proud to announce that we are maturing our client services with the launch of a new Client Service Program.

“The ClarionDoor Client Service Program is designed to improve our support model and optimize the customer experience so that you can achieve your goals,” said Lindsey Griffiths, client services manager at ClarionDoor. “Whether you need help using ClarionDoor products, have general questions, or need to resolve issues, our team is here to help.”

This new program establishes a sustainable process for clients to report issues and for ClarionDoor to provide quick resolution. With this process in place, ClarionDoor will be better positioned to track issues and address client concerns more effectively, as well as measure client success.

Client Satisfaction Survey

Client satisfaction and success is the epicenter of the program, and to that end, ClarionDoor will be introducing a Client Satisfaction Survey. This survey will help us ensure we are providing the best customer experience. Throughout the next several months, you may receive a brief online client satisfaction survey and we encourage your participation.

Meet the Client Services Team

Lindsey Griffiths | Client Services Manager

Lindsey has been with ClarionDoor since 2016 and has been involved in a number of client implementations for various lines of business including General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Directors & Officers, and Excess. She has operated in an implementation as well as support roles. In her role as client services manager, she will be leading the client support team and overseeing our support initiatives.

Mehdi Elgheur | Senior Business Analyst

Mehdi joined ClarionDoor in 2018 as a senior business analyst. In this role, he has supported several client implementations and post production efforts for various lines of business including General Liability, Commercial Property, Commercial Package, Homeowners, and Personal Articles Floater.
